- $2 million dollar record settlement to the widow of a hunter who died in Johnson County, IL. due to a defective tree stand harness*;
- $8.49 million dollar jury verdict (increased to over $10 million dollars after the defendant’s unsuccessful appeal) to the family of a 17 year old girl who was killed in a motor vehicle incident involving Greyhound Bus Lines, Inc.*;
- $5.3 million dollar jury verdict for the mother and sister of an 11 year old girl who died from irreversible brain damage during her admission to Cook County Hospital*;
- $6.8 million dollar jury verdict to a widow and two adult children living in Poland whose 46 year old husband and father died as a result of receiving the wrong medication at an Arlington Heights hospital after a fall at a construction site*;
- $1.92 million dollar jury verdict for a 32 year old man who suffered a back injury during a work hardening program at a Palos Heights hospital*;
